Our journey began with a deep love for chocolate and an insatiable curiosity about its health benefits. 

 I've had the privilege of immersing myself in the world of chocolate from a young age. From the renowned chocolatiers of Europe while living in Belgium and Switzerland in my youth; to exploring the vibrant cacao farms in Nicaragua, Costa Rica, & Mexico (so far!), my journey with chocolate has been one of exploration and discovery. As I spent more time exploring the world of cacao, we discovered its rich history and remarkable nutritional properties. 

Meanwhile, being rooted in the Pacific Northwest, where mushroom culture thrives, I couldn't help but delve into the fascinating world of functional mushrooms. 

Combining my two passions—chocolate and mushrooms—into something truly special. It's not just about wellness and self-care; it's about creating moments of joy and connection in a world that could always use a little more sweetness.
